My CFA Philosophy

Simple: the cabin should run itself, so passengers never have to think about it. I learn preferences before they're mentioned, coordinate quietly with the crew, and stay calm when plans change — because they do. My safety training is current, and what's said in the cabin stays in the cabin. The rest is details, handled before anyone asks.
